I used it for a year and I didn't have any new cavities, and before that I had several cavities per year. The beneficial effect is probably due to the minerals and the lack of glycerin. Glycerin leaves a thin layer on the teeth, which prevents remineralization at night, which occurs through saliva.
The only thing I don't like is that it's spicy, because I can't use it on my child. If you could make a children's toothpaste with minerals and no glycerin, that would be great!

The paste visibly tightens the gums and strengthens the mucous membrane in the oral cavity. The result (at least in my opinion) is much better than traditional pastes with the (almost) mandatory aluminum lactate. And regarding the taste – yes, unusual, but not unpleasant. You get used to it, especially after you see the result … and you don’t buy the paste to eat it, right?! … And last but not least – the paste is Bulgarian and, with these qualities, the manufacturer really deserves support. If he manages to maintain the quality of the product (which is a problem for “Made in Bulgaria”) – the market and satisfied customers are guaranteed.
