Product return

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with every order you receive from Sea Stars Shop. But if you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, you have 30 days to return the purchase and with a refund or exchange of items. Please let us know within 14 days from receipt of the order that you wish to return the product or replace it.

All items must be returned new, unused and with all labels attached. Items returned in a damaged and contaminated condition, or in another inappropriate form, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning the products.

Refunds will be made within 24-72 hours after we receive and process your refund request. We will send you an email as soon as we do.

To return a product purchased from us, please Contact us and provide us with your order number and product details. We will then give you exact instructions on what you need to do.

Delivery

Delivery is free for orders over BGN 70 and products under 400ml. For amounts under BGN 70, the price is calculated at the time of ordering. For products over 400ml, call to specify delivery conditions.
